He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and JoAnne Neff (Nikodim). He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Aguirre and Bill Neff (Chriss); his nephew Francisco Aguirre (Megan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Serrenitee, Gavin, Leevigh and Weslee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 715 10th Ave SW, Mt Vernon, IA 52314. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Mount Vernon/Lisbon Ambulance or the Allsop Family Humane Society.
