He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hotz and Irma Hotz (Starry); his wife Donna Marie Clemensen; his children, Janice Belle, Joanne Sidoreus and Matt Hotz; his brothers, Robert Hotz, Richard Hotz and Charles Hotz; and his brother-in-law Peter Clemensen.
He is survived by: his son Jerry Hotz (Elvira); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Hotz; his siblings-in-law, Peggy VanOverschelde (Larry) and John Clemensen (Cathy); his grandchildren, Maddison, Alexia, Gavin, Boni, Thomas, Jennifer and Ernie; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Kolby, Colin, Hudson, Audra, Nora, Anthony, Lillian, Wyatt and Warner. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
