He is survived by : his son Samuel Michael; his wife Keoni; his mother Jean Mosier (Arvel); his sister Mary Smith (Steven); his parents-in-law, Wendy Frentress (Jim) and Kevin Kuper; his siblings-in-law, Steffanie Kuper, Ken Kuper (Angie), Gary Kuper, Justin Frentress and Jordan Frentress (Lis); and his former life partner Laura. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and 7 great-nieces and nephews.
