He is survived by : his wife Lisa C Davies; his daughters, Bethany L Davies (Jake Gallik) and Rachel K (Dustin Kushnereit); his siblings, Nancy Lentine (Tony) and Ken Davies (Sandy); his nephew Michael Lentine; and his nieces, Kelly Davies and Erin Davies.
