He is survived by: his wife Marty Davis; his son Jearum Davis of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Dustin Ohlfest (Cassie) and Katie Bortz (Lee) of Iowa; his son Josh Holets of Iowa; and his siblings, Jerri Upton of Tennessee and W. Brian Davis of Florida.
