He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Parks and Kathryn Parks (Lenzen); his son Mark Parks; and his brother Patrick Parks. He is survived by : his wife JoAnne Butler; and his children, Mike Parks of Moville, IA, Kathy Pierce (Terry) of Moville, Karen Parks (Bill Grady) of Casselberry, FL and John Parks (Pamela) of Moville, IA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
