He was predeceased by: his son Scott Eugene Thomas; his wife Janice Thomas of Sutherland, Iowa.; and his siblings, Rosemary and Frank Thomas. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Austin Thomas (Andrea), Bradley Laudanskas (Courtne), Laura Scroufe (Scott) and Allesha (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Skyler, Mackade, Addie, Ryder, Jackson of Lillian Scroufe, SD, Kamdyn and Kingston; his brother Dennis Thomas (Bonnie); Randall Thomas and Annette Laudanskas (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
