He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Klingensmith and Emery Paul Klingensmith; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Loretta Schieuer. He is survived by: his wife Leah; his children, Jason Klingensmith (Sara) of Sergeant Bluff, IA, Brian Klingensmith (Tammy) of Sparta, TN, Jeff Klingensmith (Candy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Alison Schilling (Matt) of Le Mars, IA; his grandchildren, Zachary (Kayla), Lukas (Alyssa), Colby, Kelsey, Cole (Brooke), Beau, Brooke, Cade, Andrew, Anna and Mason; and his sisters, Linda Masters, Julie Davis and Amy Groth.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be made to the family for donations of their choosing.
