He is survived by: his wife Bonnita McAninch; his daughter Kristily Houge; his brother Darrell McAninch (Barb); his stepchildren, Jonnie Nordaker, Jason Nordaker and James Nordaker; his grandsons, Eric Downey (Alyssa Harvey) and David Downey (Sandy Hernandez); and his great grandchildren, Ruby, Daphnie, Conagher, Zoe, Myla, Cole and Conner.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the Vacation Bible School. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kale Funeral Home - Osceola (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213).
