He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Fenn and Virginia Fenn (Garrett); and his uncle Clarence Fenn. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Hixson of Decorah, IA; his sister Kathy Robertson (Dan) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Cooper, Kinleigh, Harper, Ryker, Lennox and Liam; his niece Jennifer (Chris); his nephew Daren (Kelly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelby, Brooke, Derrick and Ethan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Max Fenn's Memorial account at First National Bank in Osceola, IA. The money will be used to purchase a bench by the Freedom Rock or in the town park and a donation to the Murray Legion.
