She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forbes and Jesse Forbes (Syphit); her husband Robert Wayne Kilburn; her grandson Bobby "Bobo" Kilburn; and her brother Sonny Forbes.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Kilburn of Muscatine, Pam Kilburn (Mike Shubick) of Muscatine, Cindy Bierman of Muscatine and Jeff Kilburn (Shawn) of Muscatine; and her sisters, Mary Lou Kilburn of Muscatine and Marilyn Epperly of Muscatine. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Barbara.
