She was predeceased by: her parent Betty Gillespie (Richard). She is survived by: her children, DeAnn Griffin of Muscatine and Richard Moore, Jr. (Renae Mickey) of Davenport; her siblings, Kathy Loy (Rod Jenks) of Florida, Gary Gillespie (BJ) of Ohio and Debbie Staveski (Gene) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jessica Johnson (Scott Garner), Cynthia Johnson (Bruce Miller), Brooklyn Moore, Afton Moore, Kendsey Mickey and Kaeden Mickey. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine.
A memorial has been established for the family in Cindy's name.
