Evelyn Burns Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Evelyn Burns of Muscatine, Iowa. Evelyn, born on May 21, 1945, passed away on October 2, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Burns to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley G. Reavis and Frances M. Reavis (McDaniel); her daughter Sandra Martin; and her sisters, Alice Young and Georgia Alford.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Martin of Muscatine, Ronald Martin (Jessica) of Muscatine, Heather Burns of Muscatine and Patrick Burns of Muscatine; and her sisters, Norma Smith of Muscatine and Charlene Roberts of Muscatine. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine.

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Evelyn's name.
