He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Robert "Jack" and Lydia Florence Lacy (Myers); and his siblings, Willie "Leroy" Lacy, Jack Lacy and Reba Stickrod.
He is survived by : his wife Inge Lacy of Muscatine; his children, Andrew Lacy (Lisa) of Naperville, IL and Jenny Moothart (Tim) of Atalissa; his granddaughter Mae Van Der Weide; and his sister Carolyn Eggers (Larry) of Muscatine.
