She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Evans and Florence Evans (Smith); her husband Bill; and her children, Mary Ellen Perkins, Donald Perkins, Mark Perkins and Thomas Perkins, Sr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Dolores "Sue" Moore (Jim) of Logan and Brenda Brown (Rick) of Newark, Ohio; and her sisters, Esther Bishop and Mary Remkus. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
