With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harriet Harmon of Muscatine, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Margaret; her husband Dale E. Harmon; her sister Donna Kingkade; and her brother-in-law Dale Zeug. She is survived by: her children, Terry Harmon (Rose) of Tucson, Kevin C. Harmon (Melinda) of Sunbury and Priscilla M. Lane (Jeff Pacheco) of Galesburg, Illinois; her grandchildren, Charity Harmon (David Hansel) of Fairfield, Erik Harmon (Midori) of Japan, Bronson Harmon of Iowa City, Sean Curtis (Elsa) of Muscatine, Cody Curtis of Muscatine, Jake Curtis of Muscatine and Austin Barth of Muscatine; and her sisters, Lois Zeug of Orion and Bonnie Tietje of Davenport. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
A memorial has been established at Compassus Hospice in Harriet's name.
