He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Debbie Swift (Jason) of Muscatine and Brad Qualls (Beth) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Jared Swift (Georgi), Brady Swift, Danielle Shenk (Luis), Amanda Meeks (Chris), Jamie Qualls (Kassidy), Brandon Qualls (Dalia), Sydney Weggen and Mason Qualls; and his siblings, Larry Qualls of Clinton, Judy Beatty of Muscatine and Sandy Waack (Mike) of Muscatine.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
