Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Carroll and Clara Cumi Rock (Yeager); and his sisters, Walsie Campbell and Sabra Swanson. He is survived by: his siblings, Polly Owens (Bruce) of Muscatine and Gilbert Rock of Wilton; and his nephews, Bradley A. Campbell of Muscatine and Austin Rock of Wilton.
