He was predeceased by: his pet Luna. He is survived by: his parents, Jeramy Cozad (Joanne) and Norrine Hiner (Tubandt); his siblings, Jaxson and Jenner; his grandparents, Cindy, Doyle Tubandt, Connie and Jack Cozad; his aunt Jenny; his uncle Matt Conard; his cousin Sophia; his grandparents, Dave and Betsy Tubandt; and also, Jadon, Maxwell and Vivian.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home (1931 Houser St, Muscatine, IA 52761).
Memorials may be made to Muscatine Humane Society, in honor of Jordan.
