He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Dean Gaylor and Marjorie Louise Lyons; and his granddaughter Justice. He is survived by : his wife Alice Garrett; his children, Amanda Costello (Kory) and Shawn Gaylor (Lisa); his grandchildren, Courtney (Joey), Isabella (Dario), Tre, Marines (Sage), Donavin (Emily), Patience (Tristan), Addison, Leah and Remi; and his siblings, Randy Gaylor, Janet Smith (Billy) and Doug Lairmore. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
