She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Stanford and Lydia M. Meddox Stanford; her husband Harold Richard Moran; her daughter Judy L. Moran-Meincke; and her sister Marilyn Loving.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Moran Tulliani and James Moran; her grandchildren, Andrew Alt (Angela), Christopher Meincke (Ashley), Matthew Bechstein, Tyrel Bechstein, Sierra Gamon (Jesus), Marisa Tulliani-Holtz (Joseph), Roxy Moran (Cale), Nicholas Tulliani, Elijah Moran and Kaitlyn Henkel (Dylan); and her siblings, Mary K. Kennard and James Stanford (Barb). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home (1931 Houser St, Muscatine, IA 52761). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
