He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Emanuel and Marvoleen Rosinthia Peterson Hultquist; his wife Marilyn Hudson; and his sister Mailyn Rae Boal. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Hultquist (Nancy Reed Hultquist) of Rock Island and Rick Hultquist (Tami Eggenburg Hultquist) of Muscatine; his granddaughters, Sarah Conrad (Will), Amy Carter (Andrew) and Kayla Ripperger (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Katherine, Caroline, George, Robert Conrad, Henry, Charlotte Carter and Mason Ripperger; and his sibling's children, Kim Boal Granback, Pam Boal Fosdick and Steve Boal.
