She was predeceased by: her father Maynard Brugman; and her brother Robert Brugman. She is survived by: her mother Linda Brugman (Wetzel); her husband Merlin Parsons; her son Ryan Parsons; her grandson Deklan Parsons; her cousins, Jennifer Phelps (Jake), Randy Wetzel (Amanda) and Carol O'Neal; and her friends, Cody Lothridge (Dawn), Lee Spitznogle (Danielle), Tyler Noble (Micky), Jose Barajas and Marcos Rangel.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services (2907 Mulberry Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761-2750).
Memorials in Lisa's name may be made to Merlin or Ryan to help with her beloved grandson, Deklan's, future education.
