She was predeceased by: her father Maynard Brugman; and her brother Robert Brugman. She is survived by: her mother Linda Brugman (Wetzel); her husband Merlin Parsons; her son Ryan Parsons; her grandson Deklan Parsons; her cousins, Jennifer Phelps (Jake), Randy Wetzel (Amanda) and Carol O'Neal; and her friends, Cody Lothridge (Dawn), Lee Spitznogle (Danielle), Tyler Noble (Micky), Jose Barajas and Marcos Rangel.

Memorials in Lisa's name may be made to Merlin or Ryan to help with her beloved grandson, Deklan's, future education.
