With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lois L. Parker of Muscatine, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lois left this world on June 11, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Lois may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lois touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob E. Lawrence and Emma Orinda Lawrence (Thuman); her spouse Merle Parker; her grandson Cody Weig; and her brother Jacob Lawrence, III.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Parker of Wapello, Jacob E. Parker of Muscatine and Sandra S. Weis of Wapello; and her brother Gary Lawrence of Fruitland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Lois.
