She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harns and Millie Nicwerner; her stepdaughter Mary Cole; and her siblings, Sonny and Mary Lou.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Slutts; her children, Mary Ann Kortes and Troy Slutts (Tiffany Jewell); her stepchildren, Robert W. Slutts (Julie), Scott Slutts, Robin Lewandowski (Bridgett) and Shannon Slutts (Tracy Gavin); and her grandson Jonathon Kortes. She is also survived by several step grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
