He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Hoyt of Muscatine; and his siblings, Cheryl Rogers of Nichols, Rodney Rogers of Muscatine, Lorrie Walker (Perry) of Atalissa, Dawn Rogers of Keokuk, Natalie Mills (Kirk) of Nichols and Brent Rogers of Muscatine.
