She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Burns and Ethel Burns (Graham); and her husband Wesley Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Krueger (Don) of Blue Grass, Scott Phelps (Julie) of Muscatine, Steve Phelps (Lisa) of Muscatine and Jim Phelps (Londa) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Sarah Stineman, Todd Krueger, Trisha Phelps, Kevyn Krueger, Clayton Phelps, Amy Hermiston, Shasta Phelps, Courtney Carlson, Derek Phelps and Shay Phelps; and her siblings, Delores Bashore of Morning Sun, Sherman Burns Jr. of Maquoketa and JoAnn Warner of Wabash, IN. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
