It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark D. Sturms of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Wayne and Lorraine A. Sturms (Hinkle). He is survived by : his wife Sheryl Sturms of Muscatine; his children, Sarah Wilfley (Kevin) of Queen Creek, AZ, Jacob Sturms (Lacey) of Hemet, CA, Kayla Cendejas (Allan) of Fullerton, CA, Kyle Sturms of Aneheim, CA and Jessie Cornejo (Frank) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Sara, Alyssa, Katie, Ayden, Taylor and Abbygail; his siblings, Mary Jo Johnson of San Jacinto, CA, Monica Christoffersen (Dennis) of Apple Valley, CA and Matt Sturms (Fran) of Yorba Linda, CA; and his aunts, Janet Keeler and Marlene Hartman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established for the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
