It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Blaesing of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Marlene leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Marlene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Pulliam and Blanche Pulliam; and her husband Donald Lee Blaesing. She is survived by: her sons, Steve Blaesing (Eva) of Londonderry and Jeff Blaesing (Bert) of Guthrie Center, Iowa; her grandsons, Brandon Blaesing of Londonderry and Daniel Blaesing of Londonderry; and her sisters, Shirley Stockfleet and Doris Hansen.
Memorials in Marlene's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
