She is survived by: her husband Floyd Chenoweth; her children, Debbie Holmes (Jay) and Jay Chenoweth (Lori); her grandchildren, Austin Holmes, Brandon Chenoweth and Bailey Chenoweth; and her great grandchildren, Kameron Jay and Kai Rollin.
