She was predeceased by: her niece Jewel Kessel. She is survived by: her grandson Zaydon Wayne; her parents, Alan Heath and Barbara Heath of Muscatine; her grandparents, Harold and Helen Woods of Muscatine; her children, Brendon Schultheis of Muscatine, Kaylie Shay of Muscatine and Jagger Brink of Muscatine; and her sisters, Jenny Lessenger (Brandon) of Fruitland, Kim Heath and Kessel (Jess) of Columbus Junction. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.

Memorials may be made to her mother, Barbara Heath, to be utilized for her children's college fund.
