She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Wince and Ruby C. Shaw Wince; and her husband Larry Lee Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Wedekind (Joseph); her grandchild Emilee Wedekind-Balualua (Donato); her great grandchildren, Logan and Ella; her grandson Seth Wedekind; her great grandchild Cooper; her daughter Melissa Thompson (Terry); her grandchildren, James Thompson, Ty Thompson (Missy) and Tera Thompson (Mike); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Jordin, Landin, Hannah, Gabby, Michael Jr., Hunter, Serene, Cole, Noah and Safiya; her great great grandchildren, Zelena, Alexis, Isabella and Regina; and her siblings, Linda Koepping (Duke) and William R. Wince (Vicki).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mulford Evangelical Free Church (2400 Hershey Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761).
Memorials may be made to Mulford Evangelical Free Church or Hospice Compassus, and the family encourages flowers to be purchased from Petal and Leaf to help support family friends' business.
