Ramona Dingus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ramona Dingus of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Ramona departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ramona may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ramona leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. G. McDowell and Gladys Pearl McDowell (Glover); her daughter Sheryl; and her siblings, E. H. "Jiggs" McDowell, Junior McDowell, Irma McDonald, Pauline Curry and Clara Littell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dingus, Jr. (Diana) of Muscatine, Mark Dingus (DeeDee) of Tampa and Teresa Dingus of Garland, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Ramona's name.
