He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard L. Marr (Jack) and Leona Andresen Marr of Clinton, Iowa.; his wife Evelyn Kershaw (Evie); and his brother Jackson Lee Marr. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Barb) and Craig (Ann); his grandchildren, Erich Marr, Katie Brueggen (Travis), Eve Myers (Senibo) and Mia Crusto; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa, Avery, Abilene, Royal, Tyson, Zayda and Nova.
Memorials may be made on behalf of Zion Lutheran Church or the Muscatine Symphony Orchestra.
