He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Howard and Patricia Brockert (Hahn); his son Robert; and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Coblentz of Muscatine; his children, Dorinda Marshall of Walcott, Candace Morgan (Lofton) of Muscatine and Jacob Howard of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Miranda Jones (Morgan), Rex Burke, Jessica Marshall (DJ Tomsha), Nathaniel Nunez and Tavion Kelly; his great grandchildren, Wylie, Colton, Zaharie and Martaevies "Mari"; and his siblings, Cindy, Julie, Angie, Ray, Todd and Lindsay.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Rob.
