He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Strong of Muscatine; his daughter Jennifer Conklin of Muscatine; his friend Melissa Rackow of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Caden Roberts and Makayla Conklin; and his siblings, Mary Lou Garrison of Iowa City, Roger E. Conklin (Lori) of Muscatine, Randy R. Conklin of Moscow, Carol L. Hampton (Mike) of Muscatine, Nancy K. Conklin of Muscatine and Michael W. Conklin of Muscatine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
