He is survived by: his children, Linda Berry (Cory) of Muscatine, Lori Phelps (Michael) of Muscatine, Lana Kaufmann (Mike) of Wilton and Lezlie Mahoney (Denny) of Nichols; his grandchildren, Lucas Phelps (Whitney), Dustin Phelps (Allison), Hunter Berry (Spencer Shalla), Taylor Berry, Seth Kaufmann (Lindsay) and Caleb Kaufmann; his great grandchildren, Beckham, Camden, Leighton Phelps, Kane, Louie Phelps and Hudson Kaufmann; and his sister-in-law Pat Hahn.
