He is survived by : his wife Gemma Libuna of Muscatine; his daughters, Destiny Dawn Fry of Texas, Christina Frye of Muscatine and Samantha Frye of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Faith, Gabrianna, Antonio, Lucy, Natilea, Naleena, Kinnick and Evelyn; his great grandchild Aleyalynn; and his siblings, Mike Frye, Richard Yates, Judy Yates and Shirley Weggen.
