With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Mae Ferns (Muscatine, Iowa), who passed away on January 21, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Land and Ethel Hobson Land; her husband Andy Ferns; her children, Wendy, Laura and Kevin; and her siblings, Richard, Phyllis, Barb, Walter and Jennie.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa'Missy'Lindle, Tamela'Tammy' Marshall (John), Mike Rinnert (Misty) and Tonya Cook (Robert); her grandchildren, Josh, Matt, Zach, Kirstie, Tiffany, Taylor, Rachel, Wyatt, Tristan, Ryan and Drew; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Carson, Clarke, Beckett, Henley, Kade, Ryder, Eleanor, Adaline, Elowyn, Lane, Lucas and Lakin; and her siblings, Carol Stingley, Raymond Land and Thelma Curry. She is also survived by her kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
