He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Littrel and Ruth Kirby Littrel; his wife Barbara Kinnard; and his siblings, Nancy Oswald and Lyle Littrel.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Strasser (John); his grandchildren, Amber Baker (Scottie), Chris Strasser and Drew Repp (Dave); his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Alexis and Scottie III; and his siblings, Alvin Littrel (Dorothy Austin), Lora Peterson and Alma Huber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Island Cemetery (2327 Fruitland Rd, Muscatine, IA 52761).
