Smith (Teresa) of Muscatine and Dr. Kathleen Smith of Loves Park, Illinois; his nephew Timothy Smith (Yoli) of Muscatine; his niece Whitney Heath (Nahum) of Lone Tree; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mercedes, Kaden, Karson, Jaslene, Yecenia and Sadie.
