It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Juanita Young of Mystic, Iowa, who passed away on January 4, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Piatt and Eva Piatt (Swarts); her husband John W. Young; her grandson John; and her siblings, Shirley, Sharon, Dorla and Terry.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Young (Connie), Kayla Montgomery (Jim) and Ted Young (Carolyn Daniels); her grandchildren, Ryan Young, Krisy Young and Jimmy Montgomery (Erin); her great grandchildren, Jack Young, Ellie Young, Bradyn Montgomery and Makenzie Montgomery; her great great grandchild Westlynn Wayde Montgomery; her siblings, Larry Piatt (Cheryl) and Connie White; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Young and Janet Young. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
