He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Lyons and Marjorie Lyons (Rowan) of Exline, Iowa.; his daughter Rhonda Kay Lyons; and his sister-in-law Colleen Daughtery. He is survived by: his friend Arizona; his wife Kathleen Thomasson; his children, Marcy Thamke (Aaron) of Centerville, Iowa, Richard Lyons (Sher) and Bird of Numa, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mason Thamke (Brandon), Breanna Thamke, Seth Lyons and Levi Lyons; his brother Keith; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Thomasson and Vernon Daughtery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
