He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Brandhorst. He is survived by: his mother Donna Brandhorst (Griefnow) of Nashua; his sons, Noah Brandhorst (Kaitlynn) of Allison and Trevon Brandhorst (Jessica) of Denver, CO; his siblings, Scott Brandhorst (Jennifer) of Traer, Randy McGee (Cheryl) and Susan Parkinson of Germany; and his niece Paige Gage. He is also survived by nephews; and 3 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hugeback & Johnson Funeral Home - Nashua (319 Main St, Nashua, IA 50658). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:40 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at 3369 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703.
