She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Cook and Ruth Jensen Cook; her husband Kenneth Hamm; her son Kevin Lee; her parents-in-law, G. D. and Evelyn Hamm; her sister Pat; her siblings-in-law, Ray Combes, Dorothy, Gerald Hines and Mary Lou Cook; her siblings' children, Jolene Blass Perryman, Brian Blass and Linne Hines; and her sister Marlene Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Janet (Scott Onstot), James and Nancy (Dean Stock); her grandchildren, Emily, Mike Busch, Matthew, Kelly Onstot, Gregory, Nikia Onstot, Sondra, Jeremy Rierson, Kristen, Scott Poen, Erica, Drew Wiener, Nathan and Vanessa Hamm; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Farrah Busch, Easton, Arthur Onstot, Maggie, Hank Rierson, Vincent, Audrey, Johnny Poen, Boden, Maren, Hayes Wiener and Elayna Hamm; and her brother Don Cook.
