We are sad to announce that, on March 8, 2026, at the age of 52, Anthony Lynn Lathrop (Nevada, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Vanita Lathrop, Robert (Pat) and Marlene Carpenter; his uncles, Ronnie, Dennis and Larry Lathrop; his aunt Joy Gregory (Carpenter); and his cousins, Patrick Carpenter and Clinton Meader.

He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Lynn Lathrop; his parents, Lynn Lathrop and Cristine Lathrop; his sister Tresa (Lathrop); his brother-in-law James Burleson; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Lynn Brown, Guinevere, Kingsley, Alisha Marie Burleson Lee (Justin Lee) and Alexandria Rae Brown.
