She was predeceased by: her husband James Shively. She is survived by: her children, James Shively (Maren), Debbie Ribby (Chris), Steven Shively, Craig Shively (Leann), Susan Alman (Dan) and Michael "Scott" Shively; her sisters, Patty DeGraw and Sharon Schnathorst; her granddaughter Amber Shively; and her sisters, Donna Sietmann and Shirley Quinn. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
