He is survived by: his children, Vicki Schadt of Nevada and Charles Schadt (Heather) of Kissimmee, Florida; his grandchildren, Haley Bowers, Halley Schadt, Heaven Schadt and Camden Schadt; his great grandchildren, Ivy and Silas Bowers; and his siblings, William Patrick Collins of Nevada, Janney Collins (Bear) of Colorado and Nancy Collins of Des Moines.
