He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy L. Wheelock and Margaret M Wheelock (Griffith); and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Christianson; his children, Jay (Denise), Jenifer (Zeno), Justin, Jeremy (Tricia) and Davin; his wife Kathy; his children, Julie Casella (Paul), Jeni Zeno (Larry) and Beth Woods (Dennis); and his siblings, Jim (Sheri), Jerry (Jan), Steve (Diane) and Ramona Kilborn (Merrell). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nevada Lions Club in memory of John.
