She is survived by: her son Alan (Cheryl) of Nevada, Iowa; her grandchildren, Lesley Floyd, Allison Melching (Rob), Katie DiPasquale (Patrick), Alex Bradish and Nicole Smith (Chester); and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Milo, Conor and Giorgina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
